Welcome to day 2 of our 12 Days of Christmas here at Jacksonbelle Embellishments. Today we are going to show you a quick and easy way to use your scrap stash to make gift tags for your family.

Design team member Shemaine Smith created both of these beautiful tags using all left over supplies she had in her scrap stash from the My Minds Eye Merry Days of Christmas.

The first tag took less than 5 mins from start to finish. Shemaine cut the background cardstock at 3X4 and the strip across at 3X2 and used her Martha Stewart punch on the bottom edge.  To personalize the tag she added a S initial for her son Scott using left over letters from her Thicker stash. Then she punched 3 snowflakes with her Martha Stewart snowflake punch and added a glue dot to the back to secure them on the tag and bling to the middle of each one. She finished off the tag with some twine.

The second tag is called a scrapling. The size is 2X12 and folded in half. You can even make these into little cards too if you like. For this tag she measured a piece of scrap to fit the front of the scrapling and another plain cardstock piece to layer with a stamped image over the top of that. She added some white pen dots and finished it off with a punch out from the Merry Days of Christmas kit.

These tags are quick, easy and are a great way to use up leftover letter stickers you have in your stash.

Thanks for stopping by today!  We hope you all had a great start to your week!  Be sure to check back tomorrow for day 3 of our 12 Days of Christmas celebration!
