We hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

Welcome to Day 6 of our 12 Days of Christmas celebration at Jacksonbelle Embellishments. Our rockstar design team has been crafting up some great holiday projects.  Today’s project is from design team member Shemaine Smith. Shemaine loves to recycle her scrapbooking supplies packaging and she came up with this quick and easy handmade ornament from a ribbon spool.

Directions:

1.  Cut two of the same size scalloped circles with Spellbinder’s Classic Scalloped circles. She used Making Memories Mistletoe designer paper from the store.

2.  Next cut another circle with the next smallest scallop die and use a circle cutter to cut out the center.

3.  Glue the Making Memories Mistletoe designer paper scallop centered on the ribbon spool to the front and back side and smooth on.

4.  Next layer a piece of clear vellum paper with any holiday rub-on or a photo if you like over the top of the patterned paper.

5.  Now layer the smaller scalloped die with the center cut out over the vellum sentiment. Shemaine chose glitter paper specifically to draw the eye to the sentiment.

6.  Use glue dots to add the chipboard tree to the left corner and thread some bakers twine from Martha Stewart thru the button and attach on the tree with a glue dot.

6.  Finally a bow to the top and your finished!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Be sure to check back tomorrow for another fabulous Jacksonbelle Rockstar Christmas creation!
